Today we will tell you how development or, on the contrary, destruction is realised with two different concepts. While conscience represents development, its opposite represents destruction.
Our first concept is KUT. Kut is a very important characteristic in ancient Turks. In the past, when state administrators were elected, kut feature was one of the first features sought. Kut can be said to be "life energy" in a very simple sense. Words such as holy and celebrate are also derived from kut. If we go deeper into kut, it is "the divine essence that constantly renews itself". The person who endeavours to find himself/herself acquires his/her kut through the adventure of recognising and finding the essence in himself/herself. In fact, he brings himself from non-existence to existence and builds himself. Kut is actually the general name of the draft that builds the conscience.
Man is a human being at the beginning of his life journey. And he builds his world on human identity. However, over time, this identity must transform into a divine identity. This transformation is defined by kut. If a person has kut, it is also in question to build his existence, his essence.
Kut has many features. One of them is that "there is a side that wants new and innovation at every moment. As long as a person constantly wants the new, he is subject to Allah's law of creation at every moment. If he does not want the new and innovation, he enters a vicious circle; he stops development.
Our second concept today is corruption. Corruption is a term that contains very deep meanings. While its literal meaning is "to lose its good qualities, to lose its value, to hesitate", according to the Turkish Language Institution, it is defined as "to lose its inherent good qualities afterwards, deterioration of originality, distancing of something from spiritual qualities".
Corruption is derived from the root yoz. Yoz is a word meaning "sterile, useless". Words such as yavuz, yobaz, yavan are also derived from the root of Yoz.
For example, yavuz is pronounced as yabız, yavız in Old Turkish and means bad. Yab or yav means to be bad or to do evil.
Likewise, the word yobaz, which was invented about 150 years ago, carries the meanings of people representing evil, lower class, person who has not developed himself.
The word "bland" means "tasteless". Taste is a word meaning "flavour". Flavour comes from the Arabic Zat. Zat is a word in which the Creator expresses Himself. If there is flavour in something, there is also nourishment from Zat in that thing. If something is sweet, there is sugar in it. While material sugar flavours the food, spiritual sugar is gratitude. A person who has gratitude also has gratitude. If there is no gratitude, there is no flavour in that person. All his works, feelings and thoughts are tasteless, that is, insipid.
The English meaning of corruption is the word corruption and its meaning is "corrupted, rotten, destroyed, barren, wild, useless, degenerate". It also contains the opposite meaning of generation. Generation includes "producing, bringing into the world, giving birth, creating, forming". Degeneration, on the other hand, involves corruption. In other words, infertility has occurred in degenerating individuals or organisations, production and development has stopped. Benefit creation has come to an end, only a self-centred understanding has been formed. A wild environment has been created, peace and happiness have decreased in those who live there. Just like travelling in a wilderness, a gloomy structure covers the person. And the lineage is cut off. Since there is no more fresh blood coming in, there is no more innovation. Material extinction is the decline of the new generation we call reproduction. Or it is the cutting of the lineage of new specialists who will grow up in an institution. Spiritual degeneracy, on the other hand, is the severing of the connection with God, just as Abu Jahl's lineage was severed. When a person's connection with the Creator is severed, that person is no longer updated. Gradually his organism starts to die and smell. Eventually it decays and disappears.
We definitely experience one of these two concepts. If we protect the sacred, that is, the holy, we find our life energy and try to feed it continuously. Nutrition is a very important law. Today, if you have an electric car, you cannot go anywhere if there are no electric charging stations while travelling. You have bought a car for a lot of money, but you cannot use that car because you cannot feed it. Man works in the same way. He must have a source of constant nourishment and sustain his life by being fed materially and spiritually from there. It is so important to have this box, that is, the energy of life, the set of values in a manager that with that energy, continuous innovation and development occur.
To summarise, by linking these two concepts to conscience, we can actually explain the understanding of management we want to see. In fact, management is realised in two ways.
In the first model (management without conscience);
-doesn't concern me" mentality
-the urge to do things at random
-laziness
-hazard chasing
-there is injustice.
"Doesn't concern me" mentality
It derives from the expression "I don't care about me". The one who says I don't think much about anyone else. Banane is the abbreviated form of "what can I do to others after I am good". He eats, drinks and lives well with the means. But when he manages the people under him, he puts the question of what can I do to his problems, he does nothing.
The urge to do random work
It is the name of living easily in a primitive way without planning and programming, without intelligence, without using the mechanism of probability and scenario generation in the mind while living daily, randomly, improvised.
Laziness
Human beings are lazy by nature. He does not like to develop and be forced. For this reason, a lazy manager throws his responsibilities to other managers under him and continues his existence with their work. As a manager, he does not use his mind and body much. If a problem arises, that subordinate manager is held accountable. If there is no problem, the head of the operation gets the biggest share and appreciation.
Pursuit of pleasure
Man runs after pleasure. He escapes from hardship to fulfil the desires of his own whims and desires. He constantly creates comfort zones for himself and consumes there.
Injustice
If a person is unjust, it means that he acts in accordance with his own interests and interests. Where there is interest, justice is lost. A self-interested senior manager looks after his/her interests in his/her relations with other managers working under him/her. Sometimes, where the interests are great, there is turning a blind eye and covering up mistakes. It is very difficult to be fair for that reason. It hurts the manager himself very much.
In a conscientious management approach, it is possible to act in the opposite of the 5 items mentioned above. In this type of managers, there is continuous work, self-development, establishing a bond with the creator and continuously feeding from him, serving the society for free, making sacrifices, being fair, doing planned and programmed work, working hard, building one's own existence with love, continuous production and development, always pursuing innovation.
